How much do you charge for your services?

Where are you located?
Resumes That Work is online nationwide - servicing Perth, Melbourne, Adelaide,
Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin and Tasmania. Resumes That Work is based in Perth, WA though initially created in Melbourne in 2001.

How do I send you my information?
Your information can be uploaded and emailed to info@resumesthatwork.net.au. Documents can also be scanned and emailed.

Is it possible to meet with you in person?
As a result of nearly 20 years in the careers and employment field, I recognised a need for an online service.

After many years meeting with clients “face to face”, it became clear that people wanted a service where they could gain their documents without the inconvenience of having to make appointments and schedule "in person" meetings. All information is gathered by phone consultations and email/fax. You may also be requested to fill in an online form.

How long does it take to get my documents back?
You will usually receive your Drafts within 7 days from when you send me your information unless otherwise advised. Final Documents are only sent once payment is received. Express documents may be completed for an additional fee of $99 (24 hour turnaround) depending on availability.

Do you charge for future changes to my documents if I need to update them?
All your information is confidentially stored, so should you wish to make updates in the future, cost will be quoted before proceeding. For minor changes, only a small fee will be charged.

How do I pay you?
An Invoice will be sent to you with Draft documentation. Details of how to pay are on the Invoice. Payments from your bank can take can take up to 72 hours to process. A Tax Receipt will be sent to you upon receiving payment.

Resumes That Work prides itself on the individual design of each job application document. Your information, background, skills and employment goals are carefully considered when crafting your Curriculum Vitae (Resume), Cover Letter and/or Key Selection Criteria.

Resumes That Work does not use templates or third party resume writers. All documents are written by the Director of the company. The person you speak to who has over 18 years experience, is the person who will be designing your documents.
